Paper boat

A painting by artist Madawi Al-Maadeed. The artwork depicts a paper boat; despite its small size and delicate structure, it floats upon waters teeming with the secrets and darkness of the sea, beneath a sky thick with fog that hinders the journey. Yet, amidst these conditions, there is a "white hope"—rendered in acrylics—from which the boat draws its strength.
